Position Title:Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Remote (EST Timezone)

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST

Job Description: 

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential to our company's operations, acting as a liaison between clients and our field team to ensure seamless service delivery. While the title suggests Customer Support, this position is more akin to a Junior Operations Manager, responsible for coordinating client requests and scheduling field team visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming phone calls from clients and vendors in a professional manner.
  • Manage text communications with internal team members and customers.
  • Schedule visits for the field team to perform work at client properties.
  • Assign internal team members to specific tasks at client sites.
  • Input receipts to accurately track material job costing.
  • Create estimates in our CRM system.
  • Communicate with internal team members throughout the day to update schedules.
  • Track accounts receivable and contact customers for payment.
  • Place material orders with vendors as needed.
  • Report directly to the owner and undergo training on relevant procedures.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to managing daily requests in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in operations management or a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in general software applications; training will be provided on company-specific tools.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual English-Spanish language skills preferred.

  • Proactive nature and ability to take initiative in problem-solving.  
  • This is a remote position; however, candidates located in or near Matthews, NC, are preferred.
