Customer Service - Law Firm

A new Intugo Bunisess Line seeks a highly motivated and skilled customer service representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Answering phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication from clients
Scheduling appointments and managing client calendars
Assisting clients with their legal paperwork and documentation
Providing general support to the legal team, such as drafting documents or conducting research
Resolving client complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and communication

Requirements:
Strong customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and conflict resolution
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
