Key Responsibilities:

  • • Manage import and export release requests.

  • • Ensure that attention and response times are within the indicators.

  • • Report and address the performance of electronic tools internally.

  • • Report deviations and exceptions in the execution of releases.

  • • Offer high treatment, attention and respect to internal and external clients and users that positively distinguishes the company from the competition.

  • • Maintain a level of empathy and Customer Service consistent with the company's values.

  • • Analyze and report alternative solutions to users and teams to maintain the service level. • Participate in procedures or projects requested by your supervisor.

Requirements:

In this role you ought to be passionate about Building agile solutions for our customers, as well as an active hunter on bringing new opportunities to the organization. For you, providing a great customer experience is non-negotiable, through every step of our product and solutions life cycles. You are highly independent and eloquent, convincing, easy going and senior relationship builder, enjoy working at a fast pace with multiple stakeholders, dealing with change and a touch of uncertainty.

As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for:

  • At least 3 - 5 years of experience in similar Customer Service roles (logistics).

  • Being the first point of contact for the clients.

  • Customs experience (required).

  • Experience working with CRM's (desirable)

  • Fluid english level (Upper intermediate an above)

  • Excellent communication skills, ability to navigate and foster long-term relationships with internal teams, clients and clients

  • Solid Customer Service skills

  • Intermediate - Excel level
