Customer Service Supervisor Mexico

Job location: Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City, Mexico (Hybrid)

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Supervisor. The Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for creating an outstanding experience for our customers, the focus of this position is to accurately and efficiently place all orders, new customers and styles request set up and own the process from start to finish. Be the main contact for customers and keep all day-to-day operations ordering process, building and maintaining relationships while working closely and accurately with assigned Sales Reps to meet company goals. The role is located in Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX.
Order Management
  • Accurately and efficiently place all customer orders in Blue Cherry from start to finish.
  • Communicate with sales reps to provide order updates and remove obstacles.
  • Maintain Open Orders to ensure timely shipping and accurate reporting.
Booking Orders
  • Accurately and efficiently place all booking orders in GBS from start to finish.
  • Focused attention to building relationships with all internal departments and know how their work affects the order process so to stay abreast of all deadlines.
  • New Product Arrivals Tracking, Orders follow up (Domestic and International)
Customer Service
  • New Customer Set up & Orders in Blue Cherry
  • Coordinate day to day operations procedures and the activities with the 3PL team
  • Generation of orders in blue cherry so that the 3PL can carry out the picking process.
  • Focus on building relationships with the accounts operations contacts to keep up to date all orders delivery requirements and confirmation delivery dates.
  • Upload the invoices to the web portals of the clients.
  • Approval to the 3PL for the purchase of supplies (stickers, clothing bags, clothing sensors)
  • Selection and approval of transportation costs for shipping orders
  • Weekly Purchase Orders Arrivals Tracking
  • Monthly report (Inbound/Outbound)
Systems
  • Maintains up to date knowledge of all systems and processes as it relates to daily business.
  • Ability to understand, navigate and proficiently utilize internal systems: GBS, Blue Cherry
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree, 5 years’ minimum experience
  • Customer Service and inside sales experience preferred.
  • Strong writing, mathematical and communication skills required.
  • Extremely organized and highly motivated, ability to multitask.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to speak clearly and effectively in English.
  • Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and account results.
Knowledge of Teams Sports, skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and fluency in both English and Spanish.
