Rizal Ave. In this Customer support you will provide mostly email support to our sales and operations teams. In our company, help desk role is similar to a BPO Customer support role. However, we are not BPO, you are directly working for Brealant in a comfortable office and you wont be taking a lot of calls. You will perform support tasks and communicate updates with our customers (no sales involved). Bachelors or associates degree any subject. English and Tagalog communication skills. This is report to office position at our office in Makati. Ideally 1-2 years office experience, but we do train fresh grads as well. Degree in any subject, even associate degree is acceptable. You should know how to type using all fingers.
