This role demands a strategic thinker with robust technical expertise and leadership skills to guide and manage the cybersecurity team while collaborating with other departments to establish and maintain a resilient cybersecurity posture. Requirements WHAT WILL YOU DO Strategic Leadership: Develop, implement, and oversee the strategic cybersecurity plan and initiatives.  Lead and mentor the cybersecurity team, ensuring continuous development and adherence to best practices.  Policy Development and Governance: Develop, implement, and manage cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to cybersecurity frameworks. Risk Management: Conduct comprehensive cybersecurity risk assessments and audits. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls. Incident Management: Develop and enhance the incident response and recovery plans. Lead incident response activities and investigations. Security Architecture: Oversee the design and implementation of secure network and system architectures. Ensure the integration of security in the development and deployment of IT systems and applications. Access Management: Oversee the implementation and management of access control systems and protocols. Ensure the secure management of identities and access within the organization. Security Awareness and Training: Develop and implement a security awareness and training program for all employees. Conduct regular security drills and simulations.  Vendor Management: Manage and assess the security posture of third-party vendors and partners. Ensure contractual cybersecurity obligations are met. Technology Management: Evaluate, select, and oversee the deployment of cybersecurity technologies and tools. Ensure the regular updating and patching of systems and software. Reporting and Communication: Provide regular cybersecurity reports to executive management. Communicate cybersecurity status and initiatives to stakeholders. WHAT WE’LL LIKE ABOUT YOU  YOU ARE… Curious and authentic, just like us! #beboldr  An analytical and critical thinker, with an eye for even the most minute of details Passionate about client satisfaction YOU HAVE… Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.  Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) is required. Certifications like CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in cybersecurity. Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals. Proficiency in security tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, antivirus software, and SIEM solutions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to drive data-driven strategies. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are crucial for this role, as is the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. Experience in risk assessment and management, including the ability to identify and prioritize security risks. Developing and implementing a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy aligned with organizational goals. Experience in managing resource allocation, project timelines, deliverables, and vendor relationships.
