organizations to build and develop technologies bringing vision to reality. The Database Administrator is a critical addition to Divelements mighty team. Not only will this DBA be adept in SQL and MySQL along with cloud integrations but they will provide guidance and expertise to a crossfunctional development pod. They will take our Delivery Team to new heights by contributing to Engineering best practices igniting a passion for selfaccountability and maintaining Divelements status as one of the best places to work.

Tasks
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Support & Contributions
- Perform regular database maintenance tasks such as data backups restoration and performance tuning.
- Monitor database performance and resolve any issues or bottlenecks to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with the development team to design and implement database solutions that meet our business requirements.
- Optimize database queries and provide recommendations for improving overall system performance.
- Troubleshoot databaserelated issues and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime.
- Ensure data security and integrity by implementing proper access controls and backup strategies.
Requirements
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Technical
- Must be skilled and capable in the following coding languages:
SQL
- MySQL (Legacy Application database Microsoft database)
- Azure
Soft Skills
- Cloud Experience specifically Azure
- 5 years of proven experience as a Database Administrator specifically with MySQL and SQL.
- Strong understanding of database concepts such as normalization indexing and data modeling.
- Proficiency in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries.
- Familiarity with database backup and restoration processes.
- Knowledge of database security best practices.
- Must embody accountability bias to action and collaboration
- Strong timemanagement and organizational abilities
- Analytical thinking
- Excellent communication in English
- Positive motivational and interpersonal skills.
