What You’ll Do
Lead the S4/HANA implementation (for Nutrition division) actively participating, engaging the necessary internal resources, find alignment with Business and Country project coordinators and collaborate with consultors deploying ERP.
After S4/HANA implementation, act as bridge/facilitator among affiliate and Corporate to streamline and accelerate all the necessary processes and set ups to ensure best business continuity and agility.
Leadandsupportanysystem & project implementation/update/evolutionaffectingOrder Entry, Customer Service and Logistics (OE-CS&L) for Nutrition Division.
AssisttheOrderEntryandLogisticsManagertodesign/improve/developastrong reporting set of departmental KPIs and tools (Power BI).
Collaborate&coordinatetheimplementationofanyendcustomerneedenabling the shipping and reception of goods (coding, labelling, EDI interfacing, etc.) or any activity & sales tracking needed from Business.
To be the interlocutor with internal Tech business partners and external Tech supporting companies to ensure IT environments are up and running according to Business´ needs in a daily basis.
Required Qualifications
Proven a S4/HANA implementation active role / leadership
Proficient in Order to Cash process
IT High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of OE & Logistics procedures in S4/HANA
Develops and maintains a proficiency in the use of business tools
High Level of English spoken and written (this is a must have)
