Purpose of the Role:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with processes, and lead a team to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction at the Visa Application Centre.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative and functional activities at the VAC.
- Conduct audits and implement process changes.
- Ensure accuracy in visa application processing.
- Monitor and reduce errors.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and productivity.
- Maintain adherence to SLAs and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Handle customer escalations and support functions.
- Train and develop the team.
- Manage productivity, security, and succession planning.
Requirements:
- Graduate with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and team management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
