Role & Responsibilities:

    • Generating commercial strategy for accounts and territories.
    • Internal management of the commercial process from start to finish.
    • Developing, executing, and maintaining the commercial plan and strategy (Expand & Land).
    • Maintaining, developing, and growing the current client portfolio (Expand).
    • Developing new accounts, commercial opportunities, and markets with a solid business growth objective (Land).
    • Achieving the objectives and key indicators of the position and business unit (KPIs).
    • Developing, supporting, and assisting the sales team in achieving their goals.
    • Maintaining strong and prosperous working relationships with collaborators at the local and regional levels.
    • Compliance and management of documentation, reports, and processes in the commercial area.
    • Developing knowledge of business, functional, and technical processes of business solutions.
    • Monitoring "best business practices" in our industry and target markets.
    • Relationship and development of strategic alliances for the company.
    • Collaboration in the development of demand generation and marketing plans.

Essential Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
    • 5+ years of related experience in a Sales role (agency or partner preferably).
    • Good communicator, with extremely well-developed skills in listening, building rapport, presenting and written communications.
    • Understanding of cloud base standards or other IT best practice concepts.+
    • Demonstrated marketing knowledge, consultative and problem-solving skills to assess a problem and determine an effective course of action required.
    • Attention to detail and creative in methods of presenting solutions to large and diverse audiences.
    • Well organized and focused on results, motivated and works without constant supervision.
    • Experience with presenting in small or large group settings.
    • English communication skills (Advanced or higher).
    • Availability to travel as needed (Roughly 25%).

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Participation in in-person and online training courses on solutions.
  • Commercial certification in business solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Educational Degree: Bachelor's Degree / Engineering related to Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial, Computer Systems, and/or Informatics, or related field.
  • Experience: +5 years in sales, commercial development, marketing, consulting, and/or in the Technology and enterprise applications Industry.
  • English: Advanced (80%)
