A keen eye for detail and the ability to take a project from concept to completion, paired with a luxury design aesthetic, are vital for success in this role.Working primarily on digital design projects but also print collateral, the Digital Designer will organize, collaborate crossdepartment, and deliver design requests to the teams in both Costa Mujeres, Mexico, and Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. The motivation to grow and mentor other designers is also key.Assist in the development of visual brand identity for the Majestic Resorts brand, each resort brand, restaurants, bars, programs, etc. through logos and various marketing materials including but not limited to, flyers, brochures and collateralConsistently apply and encourage use of brand guidelinesWork with the Director of Brand Marketing and Creative to develop the brand guidelines for use onlineBuild and transform wireframes into intuitive user interfacesCollaborating crossteam to ensure that all designs align with the brand image, pull the user through the sales funnel, while also meeting usability and website standardsSupport the growth of the digital marketing effort through the design of content and graphics for website landing pages, email design, digital marketing banners and social media campaignsProduce onbrand and eyecatching campaigns that align with a companys overall aestheticLiaison with agencies to produce and publish digital assetsWork collaboratively within the Sales Marketing and Operations teams to build, align, and define the brandMonitor and maintain printed and digital collateral at the resorts to provide a consistent and wellinformed experience for our guests, i.e. FeelTouristTake ideas from concept to execution, with the consideration of content and communication, ecommerce, and IT expertise from colleagues, to deliver an effective user experience that drives sales goalsOwn projects through completion and continually maintain responsibility to complete work on timeMentor and monitor the design work of your peers to deliver a consistent design styleBe accountable for the accuracy of information presented in deliverables in print and onlineTake constructive criticism and apply to all work that followsPractice clear and constructive communicationConsider multilingual flexibility and futurestate goals, ultimately providing varied solutions as neededProvide mentorship to other designers as directedAdditional jobrelated responsibilitiesskillsProficient in design software programs, such as Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Creative CloudKnowledge of HTML5 and CSSDemonstrated experience designing for and coding in email platforms MailchimpExperience with web design in CMS Magnolia, WordPressFamiliarity with best practices for designing digital marketing ads and social media graphicsKnowledge of webbased graphic production, including designing with a fluid and or responsive mindsetAbility to develop brand identity through multiple assetsAbility to printready preflight files and deliver completely and work with print vendorsInterchangeably utilize PMS, CMYK, RBG and HEX codesStrong knowledge of print and webbased typographyPhoto editingWorking knowledge of AfterEffects or Final CutWorking knowledge of Java, JavaScript or SQLBolsa de trabajo México ofrecemos puesto de Digital Designer para el sector de Diseno Artes graficas en la empresa Majestic Resorts de Benito Juárez.
