Your Responsibilities: This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

  • Designs well-orchestrated campaign user journeys with the right touchpoints, frequency & sequencing, leveraging consumer 360 and behaviour-based personas according to each channel.

  • Designs holistic, Omnichannel (OC) customer experience delivery ecosystem with maximized reach & impact to raise consumer awareness of diseases and importance of prevention.

  • Develops a connected plan for execution of campaign user journeys across different channels.

  • Control & documentation of all Disease Awareness process to be fully aligned with our policies.

  • Support in the preparation of DD, TPO and contracts for EE such as HCP, patients, influencers, societies, or other strategic partnerships.

  • Lead KPIs dashboard & optimization plans to enhance awareness & optimize budget adjusting the right media channel.

  • Coordination and monitoring of agencies media plan implementation (media plan, web site actualization)

  • Supports in developing the detailed customer experience roadmap with prioritization rules and guidelines for improving the customer experience mainly focus on our website and other platforms or channels could be implemented or created according to needs & media plans.

  • Liaises with BUDs (at an above brand level) to ensure Consumers are receiving the best GSK experience/information.

  • Provides inputs for enhancing CX by analyzing business objectives and customer (consumers or general public) needs as well as developing, communicating, and implementing business strategies and practices to enhance Disease Awareness knowledge.

  • Analyses customer feedback / insights to act as the voice of the customer to inform consumer strategy, ensuring the tactical plan successfully addresses CX challenges and opportunities.

  • Collaborates with Channel expert, Content executive and all agency different departments and Core Marketing/Brand teams to ensure that the campaign user journeys are developed wholistically; ensures a successful campaign & achieve key objectives.

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Medical, Medical governance, compliance, procurement & legal & regulatory) to guarantee an appropriate campaign and projects execution according to internal & external policies.

  • Articulate internal teams to get materials & documentations to implement according to plan the 360° media plan.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

  • Business/Marketing or related Degree.

  • 4+ years of recommended total experience, including 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in agencies, digital strategies, customer journey design, Digital Marketing, omnichannel engagement, or customer experience.

  • Proficiency on Excel and Power Point

  • High understanding of digital trends KPIs & campaign optimization, Digital Marketing dashboard creation & analysis.

Preferred Qualifications: However, if you have the following, it would be a plus:

  • Familiarity with Web Analytics tools like Google Analytics
