WHAT DO YOU  HAVE TO BE  IMMERSE IN ?  

1. E -commerce Strategy : Experience developing and implementing e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance the overall digital customer experience.

2. Digital Marketing & Advocacy Expertise : Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), content marketing, email marketing, and influencer marketing.

3. Data-Driven :  Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data from various digital channels to drive insights and make data-driven decisions. Experience with web analytics tools and data visualization platforms.

4. E-commerce &  Social  Media  Platforms : Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Ability to manage and  optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.

5.  Project & Content  Management: Strong project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and deliver digital and e-commerce initiatives within timelines and budgets. Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.

6. Industry Knowledge :  Stay  up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the digital and e-commerce space. Familiarity with the beauty industry and understanding of consumer behavior in the online beauty market.
