Title and Summary

Director Insights & Analytics Product ManagementRole overview:
This role is part of the Insights and Analytics Regional Product Management team within our Latin America and Caribbean Countries / Region (LAC). This includes: • Driving P&L for Insights, Analytics and Test and Learn products in LAC in close coordination with Regional Product Management VP and D&S business leads in the region.
• Driving forward the product innovation agenda and product road map
• Ensuring successful sales of the product through Mastercard’s sales teams
• Ensuring flawless delivery of the product and maintaining the highest standards of quality in our customer relationships Candidates for this role will likely have answered ‘yes’ to the following questions: • Are you comfortable with rigorous and advanced analytics?

• Are you interested in solving problems through technology and software? Role: • Interface with Mastercard leadership across the organization to represent/promote Insights & Analytics products across LAC region building relationship with key regional stakeholders
• Provide expert sales support and ensure close partnership with the Sales team so they are fully equipped to sell the products, providing sales enablement materials/trainings and support when needed
• Ensure our solutions remain market leading/competitive
• Support regional products go to market and execute regional stakeholders´ review and assessment (including pricing committee discussions, partnerships support, Legal reviews)
• Execute needed product localization (like identify translations needs and coordinate vendor, identify local contents needs and review quality, identify content prioritization for the region) and assure product regional product quality and relevance for clients
• Support product new launch in the region: prepare the product for the launch with regional competitive analysis and researches, support product awareness, identify users target and support technical onboarding All About You: • English proficiency required
• Spanish and/or Portuguese proficiency required
• Experience with Product Management and/or Analytics Products
• Experience in managing analytical assignments, results driven and strong business sense
• Strong project management skills
• Desire to roll up sleeves and make direct contributions
• Strong collaboration and ability to partner effectively with virtual, fast-paced teams
• Interest in technology and desire to apply technology to solve problems
• Strong communicator
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior executives
• Knowledge of the financial services industry, ideally including both retail banking and payments
• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred
