This role will have high impact potential within the Marco team. We are a fast-paced and client-driven organization with offices located in New York, Miami, and Montevideo. We operate cross-functionally on a variety of levels within the business and our clients. We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales initiatives in Mexico. This position will be instrumental in launching and promoting our new products for SMEs in international trade. The ideal candidate has a track record of excelling in B2B sales, skilled at achieving sales targets, particularly in high-growth fintech startups. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote the adoption of our new products in the Mexican market Establish new sales channels, identify business opportunities, and close new deals to drive revenue growth Identify, attend, and represent the company at industry events to foster connections Establish relationships with key partners in the Mexican export industries and fintech ecosystem to expand the company’s reach Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, growth, product to ensure alignment in launch and marketing strategy Monitor and analyze sales metrics to evaluate performance and make adjustments as necessary for optimal results Requirements Prior experience in a senior sales position, preferably within a fintech B2B startup Hands-on with an entrepreneurial spirit, prepared to immerse themselves in sales tasks with unmatched dedication and effectiveness Results-driven, with a keen focus on surpassing goals and expectations Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and leading sales teams Exceptional communication skills and the ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients and partners Strategic thinker capable of crafting and implementing impactful sales strategies Benefits Unlimited Paid Time Off Marco celebrates diversity and inclusion, and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
