Responsibilities
- Provides Procurement leadership, expertise, and best value solutions to the Project Procurement organization by delivering best in class operations for the scope covered
- Owns KPIs for the areas of responsibility and ensures highest levels of procurement operations services are delivered as per business needs
- Develops metrics to measure and analyze P2P process performance and proposes corrective actions to address gaps
- Is proficient in use of procurement tools, processes and policies needed to manage assigned scope
- Owns training and on-boarding of direct reports, ensuring his / her team is sufficiently skilled to deliver best in class results
- Works closely with Category teams, Strategic Sourcing teams, Functional Transformation, Accounts Payable to drive P2P process improvement
- Is responsible for compliance across all activities managed by the team. Runs regular self-assessment audits, draws insights and implements corrective actions where gaps are found
- Drives digitization and automation to improve efficiency of operational team
- Ensures adoption of standard processes and tools
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 years+ managerial role experience
