The following duties are typical of the position, but are not all encompassing. Responsibilities include those required to deliver quality service on schedule and within budget in a team environment.

  • Assists Project Managers, Engineers, contractors and other personnel to obtain project and/or engineering information including documents and drawings.
  • Gathers and receives engineering related documents and drawings from the field to input into centralized database.
  • Organizes, inputs, and verifies documentation in both hard copy and electronic formats for accuracy.
  • Identifies, processes, organizes, tracks, files and archives project documentation.
  • May assign numbers to project files and engineering and equipment information for tracking and distribution purposes.
  • Photocopies or creates CDs for engineering information requests.
  • Participates in and may present at various project or departmental meetings.
  • May train others on departmental processes and database usage.
  • May assist in providing disaster recovery systems for documents and drawings.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Valid driver's license required. 
  • High School graduated or Bachelor´s degree in Architecture or related Engineering
  • Four (4) years of experience related to the position
  • Documents control in Autodesk, Procore or similar
  • Multidisciplinary construction knowledge
  • Skills in managing the ACC, BIM 360 construction control platform
  • Experience in general projects document management: RFI, submittals, meetings, reports and photographs.
  • Document control for administrative project closure.
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills and be able to work in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Advanced English level is mandatory
