No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.Know a little more: PepsiCoJobs Join PepsiCo, dare to transform.The Opportunity Responsible for the correct implementation of the Learning and Development strategy for Supply Chain Transformation and Digital Value Chain Program (DVC Smart Manufacturing) for LATAM.Guarantees the correct upskilling and reskilling necessary for the DVC Program (Smart Manufacturing) for LATAM, in alignment with the Change Management and Learning and Development analysis, enabling a successful holistic agenda by partnering with Change Management, DVC Capability Leads and Sector and Operating Units Stakeholders and leaders.Build and develop the needed training materials, Coordinate and deliver the DVC Learning Implementation for DVC LATAM according to the implementation plan.DVC 7 year transformation for LATAM Supply Chain through 7 capabilities, creating a specific strategy for each pillar of the program. Supporting and executing 13 multi country Learning & Development programs. Connects with local Learning priorities and agenda, while aligning DVC Project priorities and requirements, providing tools and practices to successfully achieve objectives. ResponsibilitiesYour Impact As DVC L&D Sr Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of … Lead planning, preparing, execution and support of learning strategies for the each capability of DVC for LATAMDesign & build appropriate assessments and metric systems to provide visibility on progress to the key stakeholdersLead the reporting and tracking of key L&D KPIs across LATAM and provide visibility with relevant stakeholdersEnsure the correct progress of activities assigned to vendorsCoordinate with vendors and leaders to ensure the correct execution of budget regarding the learning contents and implementation expensesResponsible for ensuring the knowledge transfer needed to the employees in order to develop their activities with the appropriate processesFacilitate sessions with leaders, project teams, and Learning & Development stakeholders from various leves to aling and execute the learning strategy and activitiesWork with numerous groups of employees and communicate effectively with the purpose of reaching the company goals with each of the capabilities in Smart ManufacturingWorks along with HRBP – HR Local, Functional Leaders and SDT Leaders to support Learning programs & solutions – being informed.Execute Train The Trainers (TTT) sessions for SMU and MU within their geographic scope – execute.Align with HR Local, Change Management and relevant Leaders implementation roll-out plan – being informed.Identify and mitigate any risk that will impact the implementation of the Learning Strategy to HR Local, PMO, Change Management and Learning leaders continuously – providing consultation.Ensure the required preparations (logistics and tools) for the training sessions prior to the implementation – execute.Gather and communicate implementation results from surveys and evaluations to stakeholders (Learning Functions, Change Management, HR Local and sales leaders – execute.Networking with local teams (HR, L&D, Change Management and functional leaders) to support the proper adoption and alignment of the Learning Strategy with every operating unit.Communicate deployment progress and updates to Learning, HR and sales leaders – execute. QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?
