Electrical Maintenance Supervisor
The Electrical Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all Electrical Maintenance activities at the power plant to ensure continuous and reliable operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Electrical Maintenance team and technicians to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Develop and implement preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans and schedules.
- Monitor equipment performance and utilize data to optimize maintenance strategies.
- Oversee major overhaul projects, outages, installations, and upgrades.
- Perform root cause analysis on electrical equipment failures and defects.
- Provide technical guidance to troubleshoot electrical issues and emergencies.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Evaluate new technologies and techniques to improve maintenance programs.
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and materials.
- Lead and provide training to Electrical Maintenance team members.
- Generate maintenance logs, metrics, and reports.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and other groups to maximize uptime.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Electrical engineering degree or relevant technical degree/certification
- 5+ years of experience in industrial Electrical Maintenance
- Expert knowledge of power plant electrical systems and equipment
- Understanding of predictive and preventive maintenance best practices
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with MS Office and maintenance data analysis
- Commitment to safety and operational excellence
