Electrification Sr Engineer

1. Develop electrification modules.
2. Guide and supervise a team of individuals in the development of electrification projects.
3. Collaborate closely with the Application Engineer in charge to implement different modules into electrification products or electrified systems.
4. Understand customer and control requirements to design efficient and tailored electrification systems.
5. Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure proper project execution and meet established deadlines.
6. Conduct validation, verification, and on-site testing to ensure proper functioning of electrified systems.
7. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to support their professional development.
8. Perform data analysis using tools and conduct field tests to gather relevant data.

Experience in the development and design of electrification systems|Experience in conducting field tests and data analysis

1. 5-7 Years of experience.
2. English proficiency
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
4. Degree in a Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical/Technology discipline or equivalent experience.
   * Master's Degree in a Electrical/ Electronics/Mechanical/Technology discipline (desired).
