This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to our growth and success by enhancing our reputation as an employer of choice. What you'll do? Work alongside Employer Brand Lead to implement the employer brand strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and values.

Create compelling and authentic content that communicates our employer brand across various platforms, including social media, careers website, blog posts, videos, and other digital channels. Use your knowledge of marketing principles to drive recruitment initiatives, including targeted campaigns, SEO optimization for job postings, and creative approaches to reach potential candidates. Enhance the candidate experience by crafting a positive and personalized experience from the initial touchpoint through to the application process and onboarding.

Cultivate strong relationships with current employees to encourage them to become brand advocates. Develop internal programs and initiatives to amplify our employer brand through employee testimonials and referrals. Organize and participate in recruitment events, career fairs, webinars, and other activities to promote our employer brand and engage with potential candidates.

Track, measure, and analyze the performance of Employer Branding initiatives. Use data to make informed decisions and continuously improve the efficiency of our efforts. Ensure that all Employer Branding efforts align with company policies, legal guidelines, and industry regulations.

Required Skills Experience in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field. Knowledge of marketing principles, with a focus on digital marketing and social media. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and authentic content.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Creative mentality with a keen eye for design and branding aesthetics. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
