Equipment Maintenance Technician
Job Description:
Arrow Electronics is looking for an Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team in Guadalajara! This position will work the first shift (Monday-Saturday 6:00am-2:00pm).
What You'll Be Doing
Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of warehouse and production center equipment.
Follow maintenance requirements with external vendors according to the preventive maintenance calendar, or corrective as needed.
Understands the basic safety principles of all pieces of equipment.
Takes direction from supervisor in terms of prioritization. Escalates issues beyond scope of expertise .
Able to deal with all levels of staff, including verbal interactions with peer technicians, production operators, warehouse associates, crew leads and supervisors, technician supervisors.
Able to complete basic problem-solving tasks. May perform basic facility maintenance tasks as required.
What You'll Need
6 months - 1 year of related experience
Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English
Must be proactive and able to work independently
Prior experience in the electronics industry highly preferred

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$15,275.00 - $18,482.75 MXN MonthlyActual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
