In this role, you are responsible for

• Ensuring awareness within ESH regulations and Continental corporate ESH policies, implement company management procedure and requirement in daily work.
• Support and push responsible department to identify of high risk activities through Safety, Health and Environment perspective according to operation scope. Also support ESH manager to establish ESH management procedures as per the relevant law or regulation to monitor the daily operation.
• Supporting Hazardous Substance Management and its processes, including Raw Material Approvals.
• Operating and improving the CT ESH management system, participate in ESH target setting, evaluation and management.
• Supporting identification of applicable requirements and obligations, ensuring awareness within ContiTech on applicable legal requirements and obligations.
• Support to establish and implement ESH training program for the Business Area.
• Take the leading of periodical ESH inspection for all BUs; push responsible department to establish the corrective action on any key deviation with the validation afterwards.
• Participate in ESH change management on new, change and expansion projects; Take risk assessment for new equipment and new chemical with responsible department.
• Support and push responsible department to investigate, find out root cause and follow up to close corrective actions and preventive actions.
• Coordinate site emergency response plan.
• Conduct and coordinate for hazardous waste disposal and lead ISO 14001:2015 system.

• Degree in safety or environmental protection or other directly-related engineering science (Mechanical, Environmental, Chemical, Industrial engineering) with 3 years’ experience in ESH position at least.
• Advance knowledge in Safety, Environment and Health Regulation (Local, Federal & International).
• Ability to communicate and influence all levels of the organization.
• Be expected to have the problem-solving ability; Must be able to work in a team-oriented manner in to accomplish performance objectives.
• Fluent English Capability to meet with the requirement of daily job and reporting activities.
• Advanced computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to make decisions.
• Compliance and quality awareness.
• Knowledge in ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018
