- Track the inbound battery orders and document order details in work spreadsheets.
- Initiate warranty claims for batteries ordered.
- Resolve issues with orders (timing and shipment status).
- Provide support to the FCSD EV team on various projects.
- Problem solving through innovative solutions with new processes.
- Project management activities.
Qualifications
Experience & Background Requirements
- Experience in Microsoft Office suite (strong Excel skills)
- Willingness to learn new EV service processes
- General understanding of Dealership Retail Network Operations
- Previous experience in Customer Service Division preferred but not mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve
- Strong process background
- English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong teamwork and collaborative skills
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment
