As our Creative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading our creative team, driving innovation and ensuring the highest quality of creative execution across all channels and platforms. You will play a key role in shaping our brand identity, driving creative strategies and delivering impactful campaigns to Emma. What you'll do : Provide strategic direction and creative vision for the organization and the team – producing compelling and impact-driven campaigns and assets that align with Emma's brand and business metrics and objectives Help us shape Emma's brand identity globally in order to establish Emma as the leading sleep brand Manage a team of creative experts, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with other teams, while ensuring quality creative execution Develop and implement creative strategies that effectively communicate our brand Oversee conceptualization, development and execution of marketing and sales campaigns
Work closely with all marketing teams to achieve Emma's vision Maintain high standards of creative excellence and quality assurance, reviewing and providing feedback on creative assets Responsible for managing internal and external stakeholders and having strong alignment within global and local teams Develop KPIs and track the success of all the creative output What you'll bring us : Thedrive to understand and manage Emma's Creative Team A degree in relevant field such as marketing, advertising, design or communication You already have some professional experience as a Creative Director or leading a creative team Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful creative campaigns
