Key Responsibilities Develop the sales strategy on your sectors, both nationally and internationally. Acquire accounts, generating business growth for the company and positioning the business on Executives and High Executives Global Search mainly Develop a strategy for the follow-up, loyalty and optimization of your accounts.
Build up a solid team of revenue managers and consultants, managing your part of the PNL Manage positions' briefing with clients and ensure the correct execution and delivery of the selection processes, supervising the consultants Develop and consolidate the relationship with our different Partners Collaborate with other departments of the company to enhance the sale of all services. Requirements: Have at least 5 years of experience in a Business Development and Managing Role, in the headhunting sector, ideally selling with retainer Have a University Degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics or similar.
MBA would be an asset. Are fluent in more than one European language (Fluent Spanish and English is mandatory). Are a dynamic, proactive professional, result delivery focused, team worker, highly interested in what new technologies can do for HR Management.
