Job Description & Summary

A career in Finance, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help PwC in all aspects of our Finance internal function including financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and assisting leadership with overall strategy. You’ll focus on recording and analysing financial transactions, paying and receiving invoices, maintaining financial statement ledger accounts, and preparing analysis and reconciliations of bills to detect fraud.

Our Finance Treasury team manages PwC’s capital structure and cash management operations. As part of our team, you’ll assist us with financial and enterprise risk management functions, transaction support, investment management, financial planning and reporting operations that includes cash forecasting, and budgeting and account reconciliation.

General Purpose (of the position):

Ensure all cash transactions in Firm’s accounts are recorded accurately and timely.  Review and approve outgoing wires.

Functions and responsibilities: 

 
  • Maintain Treasury records and reconcile Treasury accounts.

  • Administration and analysis of accounting items.

  • Download and import EBS files to SAP.

  • Create financial reports for internal use.

  • Review and approve interbank transactions.

  • Manage debt schedules including the issuance of new tranches when required

  • Support the completion of audit requests

  • Compiling and distributing regulatory reports

 

Preferred skills

  • Academic background: Accounting or Finance Degree.
  • Intermediate English level

Work experience and knowledge:

  • Experience 2 or 3 years in accounting / treasury / accounts payable / account receivable.
  • Experience in design and implementation of internal controls.
  • Intermediate knowledge in any ERP (SAP).
  • Intermediate Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
