Job Description
Oversee and optimize the Sales and Distribution module of SAP software as well as other complementary applications supporting the Customer Service function within North America, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes.
Collaborate with business and regional teams to understand and analyze business requirements, and provide expert guidance on configuring and customizing the SAP SD module to meet those requirements.
Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the successful implementation and integration of the SAP SD module and complementary Customer Service applications , while also troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the SAP SD module, including occasional user training, system enhancements, and resolving user inquiries or problems.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to SAP SD and complementary applications in Customer Service, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations to drive business efficiency and effectiveness
Required Profile
5+ years of experience with SAP implementation projects, including system design, testing, and deployment, preferably in a Regional or Global context
configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
Familiarity with SAP ABAP programming language for customizations and enhancements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive process improvements.
