Main Purpose: To manage the Supply Network for Intermarket defined origin by replenishing receiver market to meet customer service objectives whilst maintaining optimal stock cover that also takes into account the distribution costs. Provides visibility to the markets (IMSP) through SAP system
Key Outputs:
- Analyze and evaluate the supply plan and net dispatch requirements to satisfy customer needs taking into account the network complexity and the supply constraints.
- Give input (ie production cycles, minimum lot size) to receiver markets to align on stock policies for Finished Goods. Unbundlor support tool or Stock Optimizer.
- Consistently achieve sustainable Stock Service Levels by ensuring that the weekly planning process is executed on time (including TLB), and that stock levels are reviewed periodically to pro-actively look for solutions in case of deviations.
- Determine key issues with volume variance that may impact supply, and highlight these exceptions to the MPS Planner on a weekly basis
Key Experience:
Two or more years of relevant operational experience at market/ business level is useful, in at least one of the following areas:
- Supply Network Planning / IMS
- Purchasingg
- Customer Service
- Demand Planning
- Product Life Cycle Process
- Strategic Planning / MBP
- Foreign Trade
- Advanced English
