Job Description
Primary Function of Position:
• Responsible for maintaining up to date all CMMS (computerized
maintenance management system) registers of all facilities and
critical equipment.
• Responsible for all purchases related to facilities and critical
equipment and follow up on facilities budget control.
• Maintaining of a spare parts inventory for critical equipment
Roles & Responsibilities:
CMMS
• Updating in SAP new building and critical equipment,
including general data, detailed activities and
frequencies of preventive maintenance orders.
• Administration of work orders for regular programmed maintenance
routines.
• Follow up on EEs generated related to critical equipment.
Purchasing
• Making of PRs to buy materials, tools and equipment
required for building and critical equipment.
• Follow up on invoicing and receiving of goods.
• Control of department purchases and validate that these are
according to budget.
• Sourcing of new vendors for general consumables materials.
• Follow up on tracking of critical services monthly
payment: electricity, HVAC maintenance contract.
Spare parts
• Keep up to date inventory of all essential spare parts of facilities and critical equipment.
• Regular inventory of spare parts required for new or retrofitted equipment.
General
• Support on validation of new facilities equipment using QA current procedures.
• Support on QA audits regarding to facilities and critical equipment registers.
KPls
• Programmed work orders closing on time.
• Budget variance.
