YOUR ROLE

·Ensure cost transparency across Buildings Cost Centers by performing facilities services oversight mapping

·Reduce service complexity by defining key process indicators based on local business requirements

·Develop the Corporate Real Estate strategy to accompany local business needs and guarantee the correct spent of resources, including participation in real estate projects

·Review and approves building / facilities services invoices as per supporting documentation to ensure quality of service delivery for Guadalajara´s locations

·Lead periodic meetings with Facilities team to identify areas of opportunities, procedures improvements and issues escalation

·Main responsible of the Canteens operation in the country, maintaining a high standard on quality and food innocuousness control.

YOUR SKILLS

·Understanding of building systems and maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

·Proficiency in project planning, budgeting, and execution.

·Effective leadership skills to oversee and manage a facilities team.

·The ability to identify and solve complex problems related to facility operations and maintenance.

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees, executives, and external vendors.

·Proficiency English
