The Fiduciary Fees Operations Officer is an entry level role responsible for the instruction execution according to client instruction in coordination with the Client Services team. The overall objective is to ensure transactions are processed and executed in a timely and accurate manner according to internal policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute transactions according to client instructions and adhere to all required procedures and controls
  • Provide assistance for all moderately complex operational processes as needed
  • Participate in system and client testing
  • Assist with special reports and projects as needed
  • Execute CFDI 4.0 fees invoices
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience or recent undergraduate from an economic-administrative degree
  • Basic knowledge of financial -banking products
  • Basic-Intermediate English level
  • intermediate Office Apps management


Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
