Within our Core Diagnostics division, we are recruiting an Implementation and Installation manager.  The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a diverse field based team exceptional communication and leadership skills, and a deep understanding of in-vitro diagnostics.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage a team of Application Specialists, Accreditation Specialists, and Customer Training team
  • Partner with the commercial organization in setting up key customer sites for France; ensuring successful installation, configuration, validation, integration, and implementation effort for Alinity tracks
  • Coordinate with business partners and healthcare facility staff to ensure that solutions meet their needs and requirement, and are integrated effectively with existing systems
  • Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to drive innovation and success to business goals
  • To build competency and certification in providing first line service support and troubleshooting for business partners through F2F, online training/refresher training and on-site field guidance; drive share of voice and share of mind amongst end customers through Service Excellence
  • Act as point of reference for all product related enquiries and work collaboratively to facilitate the i-STAT Product troubleshooting, escalation, and investigation with cross functional colleagues
  • Monitor Region Customer Service effectiveness and recommend actions for productivity and revenue improvement
  • Maintains deep knowledge on Product, Scientific Literature, and competitive solutions
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards

                                                           

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology or related fields
  • Min. 10 years’ experience within Diagnostics (IVD Instrumentation preferred)
  • Prior management experience
  • Executed Product Activation on-site through demonstration and staff training for successful implementation of Product and solution
  • Demonstrated experience in relationship-building across multiple functions (preferably in a hospital)
