As a Field Service Engineer II here at Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS), you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our customers in the Mexico City (CDMX) area. You will work closely with our customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our building automation systems and equipment. Your expertise and knowledge will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of our customers' building systems.
You will report directly to our Field Service Supervisor and will be based in Mexico City, Mexico. This position requires a combination of on-site and remote work, depending on the needs of our customers.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by:
- Conducting preventive maintenance and inspections on building systems and equipment
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely resolutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Providing training and support to customers on the operation and maintenance of our systems
- Documenting service activities, including work performed, parts used, and customer interactions

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on building systems and equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
• Integration services about systems of CCTV, ACCESS CONTROL, FIRE, AUTOMATION, HVAC and troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Provide training and support to customers on the operation and maintenance of our systems
• Document service activities, including work performed, parts used, and customer interactions
