Finance Automation Assoc Director

As an Innovation Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions that leverage these technologies to enhance our products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and implement innovative ideas and initiatives, while also managing stakeholders and acting as a strategic business partner.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree in a relevant discipline is a plus.
- Proven experience in machine learning, natural language processing, and ChatGPT technologies.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in stakeholder management and strategic business partnering.
- Experience in project management and working with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- English Fluent and open to Hybrid work in Mexico City
