Johnson & Johnson Vision Care manufactures ACUVUE® brand contact lenses - the world's first soft disposable contact lens. Johnson & Johnson, MedTech /Vision Care is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst located in Ciudad de Mexico or Bogota.
As a key member of the Business Unit Finance (BUF) team, the Senior Analyst will play a crucial role in driving financial results analyzing, challenging, and supporting strategic decision-making process to grow the Vision Care Business in North Latam.
This position will be part of the Business Unit Finance -Vision Care team providing strong financial leadership and guidance to business unit, finance stakeholders, global services center, and different processes/functions. This role actively supports the Finance team by improving financial outcomes through robust Business Partnering and maintaining overall financial integrity and accuracy. A Can-do approach, strong proactivity and excellent communication skills are crucial as well as the willingness to challenge status quo, be critical and value creation oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop financial modeling & analysis to support commercial initiatives for North Latam Vision Care.
- To support month end closing working together with CFM, and GS by guaranteeing registers under BUF responsibility are timely posted and by anticipating, analyzing, and identifying any gaps vs plan.
- To support Finance to develop the highest level of compliance controls and to ensure a robust Internal Control environment: SOX, USGAAP, SOP updates, process control guaranteeing policies are followed and meeting compliance governance requirements.
- To lead Business Plan and quarterly updates working with commercial areas and FP&A team to reflect Business needs.
- To support internal and external audits and act as a focal point with business support areas to gather/analyze any information requirements.
- To raise any concerns about potential gaps and risks in a preventive and proactive way seeking to influence business decision making.
- To challenge status quo of current processes seeking to achieve efficiencies, automation, and a more intentional/purposeful Business Finance role.
- To partners with GS, Deliver, Planning, and other stakeholders to establish an integrated way of working which can ultimately contribute to better financial results and compliance health outcomes.

Qualifications
Education:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree required (Business Administration, Economics, Finance), MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, CMA) is a plus
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, with proven ability to influence/collaborate to get to desired results.
- Previous experience in Financial Modeling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- ERP and reporting systems proficiency (SAP, TM1 Cognos, Hyperion).
- Strong analytical skills with a deep knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
Preferred:
- Skilled at engaging and building relationships with senior business stakeholders required.
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in leadership roles within Finance, FP&A, Controlling, General Accounting
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Experience in data analytics dashboards (PowerBI, Tableau, etc)
- Experience in data analytics tools (Alteryx, Knime, etc)
Other:
- Proficiency: English (Advanced/Fluent).
Portuguese considered as a plus.
