Finance Manager

• Provide timely and accurate financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
• Advise on business initiatives or investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take.
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans.
• Develop trends and projections for the company's finances.
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
• Oversee all operations of the finance department in Mexico, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
• Manage the preparation of the company's budgets, forecasts and Long Term Plan.
• Manage cash flow by monitoring bank transactions and maintaining AR and AP as current
• Coordinate with accounting team on the timely and accurate preparation of the monthly / yearly financial statements packages.
• Execute tax obligations
• Maintain internal control processes and standards and ensure its compliance

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or related field, advance degrees are preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of finance experience; preferably in manufacturing with experience in grain, malting or brewing industries a plus.
• Experience in a management position in a corporate environment.
• Exposure to international business environment is highly preferred.
• Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
