Our Team:
Be exposed to a very dynamic environment, working in close partnership with CHC country business team members and local finance community Be accountable of the financial performance on all aspects (Sales, Trade, Brand, OPEX, CASH) and be the key and strategic partner of Business teams
Main responsibilities:
- Be exposed to a very dynamic environment, working in close partnership with CHC country business team members and local finance community.
- Be accountable of the financial performance on all aspects (Sales, Trade, Brand, OPEX, CASH) and be the key and strategic partner of Business team.
- Monitor, drive and report the business performance in coordination with the Regional Head of Financie Performance and Business teams ensuring that leadership team has access to accurate, timely and relevant financial data and key metrics.
- Analyse monthly figures and lead the Monthly Performance Reviews: monitor performance vs set targets and defined KPIs, identify gaps vs. plan – in collaboration with local BA&C and local Business teams
- Lead the financial processes in forecast/budget periods: run of scenarios based on Global guidelines and ambitions, prepare the reviews with regional finance teams, ensure consistency of information and data, identify risks and opportunities

- Ensure a comprehensive compliance with all internal control and financial/accounting principles within his/her perimeter
About you
- Experience: Finance or equivalent with an experience in a challenging finance role experience in developing Collaboration plans with Customers
- Soft skills: Strong rigor and ability to multi-task and to organize, manage and prioritize deadlines, Ability to take ownership and ensuring the integrity of the financial operations through very good understanding of the finance drivers
- Technical skills: Analytical skills
- Education: Bachelors Degree finance or equivalent
- Languages: Fluent English
