Job Description:

The role is part of the Regional LATAM SRO Team. This will have a broad reach that is cross-functional and throughout multiple levels of the organization.

The role will ensure Business Partnering to deliver across all LATAM SRO Projects. Also, will have high visibility to all Transformational Projects across LATAM.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Financial Planning & Analysis

    Oversee MGSF/InfoSys with correct set up of cost centers and x-charges to ensure project costs are booked in line with Transformation Handbook, periodic reconciliations are made

    Work with MGSF to build reporting that covers all project costs

    Work with Project Leads to establish a benefit tracking vs. the original business case

  • Bringing Insights/Being the Business Partner

    Develop the business cases together with the project leads ( IEs, Logistics head, Commercial VP, R&D VP etc.) – challenge assumptions, avoid duplication of savings initiatives as projects are highly interlinked, model different scenarios to support trade off decisions.

  • Act as a sparring partner to the project lead to prepare the execution and anticipate any obstacles /changes to original business case

  • Track project deliverables

  • Support project lead in change management: communication to associates, celebrating milestones and tackling obstacles

    Work closely with Market Finance Heads to align on project deliverables, milestones, impacts, KPIs.

  • Provide financial oversight of Strategic transformation initiatives (business case evaluation, development of benefits case, identifying benefits and resource needed, connect with relevant stakeholders within Finance and Corporate for all governance/technical finance related aspect. Ensure Transformation governance is applied to all initiatives)

  • Be an active member of the SRO Community and SRO LATAM team (tracking of initiatives process, highlight risks and opps / gaps to initial business case, etc.)

  • Provide input where relevant for TIGG purposes (Corporate Transformation governance) Highlight resources needed to ensure successful delivery of the transformation and ensure these needs are fed into the right governance process (transformation funding, CAB or Opex funding as part of PNE Strategic Ressource Allocation process)

  • Ad hoc requests related to Transformation, SRO and/or Project related initiatives

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

  • 2+ years of experience in areas of accounting or finance related fields

  • Understanding of basic financial processes and controls

  • Knowledge of Excel

  • Process improvement experience would be an advantage

  • CIMA/ACCA or other degree is a plus
