Financial Analyst I Intern Q3

The Amazon Student Programs Team is looking for Financial Analyst Interns to receive training and gain a deep insight into the financial systems, processes, and controls used to record Amazon's growing volume of daily, weekly, and monthly transactions.
You will learn how Finance supports the various business teams in forecasting and analyzing actual financial results, managing the external reporting of Amazon's quarterly financial statements and inputting to the launch of new customer-focused initiatives to ensure customers can find and discover anything and everything they want online.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Mexico City, DIF, MEX
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in finance, accounting, business or related fields with a graduation conferral date between July 2023 and July 2025 ;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel (pivot tables, vlook up, charts)
- Available to complete a 12-month internship working 30hs/week
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Fluent in spoken and written Spanish
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Understanding of basic business and accounting concepts, and a working knowledge of Excel
- Solid organizational and project-management skills
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral skills
- Strong desire to exceed expectations
