Provide reliable and timely analysis of financial results, budget and forecasts in order to support ABB Group management and other stakeholders at various organization levels in decision making processes.
This position reports to
Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Your responsibilities
• Driving and facilitating Financial Planning processes and activities.
• Supporting the implementation of standardized processes and tools in support of Financial Planning activities.
• Working with key members of the business to identify areas for improvement and to propose corrective actions and cost-saving initiatives.
• Aiding initiatives to achieve excellence in financial control and improvement of processes and tools.
• Facilitating the dissemination of knowledge and best practices within the Finance community.
• Organizing and delivering training on various tools and processes.
• Review and analysis of P&L, backlog, balance sheet and list of expenses.
• Financial analysis and gross margin.
Your background
• A Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, administration or related.
• 4 years of experience working in accounting, finance or reporting area.
• Strong knowledge in general accounting, nature of accounts, reconciliations, and advanced excel and PowerBI.
• Desirable previous experience in Share Service model.
• Conversational/advanced Portuguese level mandatory.
• English level intermediate
