We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our Queretaro Juriquilla office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Fixed Assets.
- Participate in reconciliation activities and clearing of GL Accounts.
- Conduct audits of financial data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Prepare financial reports, including cash flow, bank reconciliation, and sales and payroll tax filings.
- Reconcile accounts with the general ledger.
- Compile and analyze financial information to accurately record business transactions in general ledger accounts.
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving reports, ensuring correct account coding.
- Prepare and review annual and quarterly operational budget submissions for assigned G/L accounts.
- Analyze accounts to verify the accuracy of journal entries and balances.
- Process accounts payable invoices, verifying and adjusting account balances.Prepare assigned audit schedules and provide information and research to auditors upon request.
Requirements
- Advanced English is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
- 4-6 years of related experience in accounting, GL and Fixed Assets is required
- CPA/CMA is an asset
- Knowledge of U.S GAAP
- Knowledge of combined financial statement presentation, SOX, financial analysis, excellent communication skills, and time management.
- Proficient in Microsoft office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
