Your Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage the company's leased vehicle fleet.
Participate in shared tenders with other Siemens entities.
Develop and enforce fleet policies in alignment with regional and local guidelines.
Manage suppliers, optimizing the portfolio of lease providers, car dealers, and other fleet-related vendors.
Support employees on fleet-related matters.
Optimize fleet costs and drive fleet electrification initiatives.
Manage fleet costs, including reporting and budgeting.
Conduct negotiations for low to medium purchasing volumes to achieve maximum savings.
Generate, document, and implement savings, while monitoring and reporting on relevant KPIs to contribute to business success.
Your Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
3+ years of professional procurement experience.
Proven track record in managing fleets of 800+ vehicles.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, or related field.
Advanced Excel skills.
Communication Skills:
Proficiency in English.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Organizational and Quality Orientation:
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proactive approach to addressing challenges and identifying opportunities in changing environments.
