The main responsibilities are:

  • Regularly inspect production processes to ensure compliance with Food Safety regulations and company standards.
  • Conduct weekly cycle counts on raw materials, ingredients, and finished goods to verify adherence to specifications.
  • Address any Food Safety incidents that arise during production. Identify root cause, implement corrective actions, and communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders to prevent recurrence.
  • Oversee quality & Food Safety lab tests for all manufactured lots and manage inventory status within our ERP system.
  • Manage "Fire Drills" at plant level such as:
    • Responding to daily issues that impact production
    • Resolve issues with out-of-spec materials or finished products.
  • Maintain exceptional communication with plants and internal team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Availability to work for a period of 9-12 months|Experience in Quality assurance within Food Industry

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field. At least 2 years of related professional business experience. Previous experience in Food Safety or Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of Food Safety regulations (e.g., FDA, USDA, HACCP) and industry standards. Excellent ability to multitask and prioritize duties. Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and precision. Collaborative approach with ability to foster a united work environment with a "can do" attitude. Intermediate English level.
