Job Description

As a Full Project Consultant you will deliver independently end to end the consulting and development for the Advanced Analytics AnM projects (Assortment, decision trees and innovation incrementality) with low and mid level of difficulty with the client and the internal teams (sales, modeling and CS). Be able to lead low and mid difficult projects as Project Manager with junior members. Coordinate or develop high complex projects with the help of a senior team member. Building solid partnerships with NIQ’s clients by providing powerful insights & recommendations.

Responsabilities:

• Solid knowledge of main product (Assortment) and project results to ensure proper recommendation & insights delivery.
• Solid knowledge of the process
• Guarantee a correct review of inputs, in accordance with related data collection and data preparation requirements
• Design the analytical flow and implement the SCQA process in all projects, in order to guarantee a fluid storyline, validating hypothesis and delivering actionable answers to the client business questions
• Management of own projects and proper interaction with client teams. Responsible for consulting and execute projects in order to guarantee quality in terms of deliverables and timeline compliance.
• Be assertive in following up on the intrnal and client meeting
• Interact with internal teams (sales and modeling) ensuring process flow.
• Deal with contingencies and propose solutions.
• Demonstrate solid knowledge more than one product (Assortment, decision tree or innovation incrementality) and basic knowledge from full Advanced Analytics portifolio.
• Contribute on implementation of new joiners training, supervise intern's work.
• Coaching of intern members
• Ability to support Sales Leaders and CS to design the best proposals.
• Good client management by mail and in meetings
• Contributes on the creation of sales materials, such as: case studies, thought leadership, etc.
• Is able to detect client business questions. Knows and propose how to solve them
• Good presentation skills. Able to present to small and mid audience with senior consultant support

• Ability to manage projects and prioritize own workload to ensure delivery in line with commitments.
• Project management skills.
• Able to effectively communicate in a cross-country environment
• 2+ years of experience in the area
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Marketing & Advertising
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
• Fluent English
