Job purpose / Proposito del puesto:
The HR Leader must teach and lead all aspects of HR practices and processes for the growth and management of the department. Essential duties and responsibilities / Obligaciones y responsabilidades esenciales The HR Leader Should:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives. H H. aligned with the overall business strategy - Build bridges in relations between management and employees by dealing with demands, claims and other issues. - Manage the recruitment and selection process. - Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital. - Develop and control HR strategies. generals, systems, tactics, and procedures throughout the organization - Foster a positive work environment. - Manage a performance appraisal system that promotes high performance. - Implement payment plans and benefit programs. - Assess training needs to apply and control training programs. - Report to management and offer decision support through HR metrics. H H. - Guarantee legal compliance throughout the management of Human Resources. - Assists in the development of strategic human resources programs that will attract, enable, engage, train, and develop associates. - Provide training to leaders on issues affecting employee engagement, performance, and development, defining root causes, and recommending appropriate strategies. - Strategically supports people
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. - 3-5 years of work experience in human resources leadership. - Management of the LFT - Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office, email, and TRESS database programs. - Good communications and strong leadership skills. - Positive attitude with good interpersonal and organizational skills, competence, ability to solve problems. - Ability to influence and build good working relationships.
