DirecciónFunctional Design & Architecture Director Job ID 379689BR Aug 16, 2023 Mexico Job Description -Define and execute technology delivery strategy for business systems, platforms, and processes for Patient Services Program. -Partner with senior business stakeholders and TT Strategic Business Partners for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation, and funding estimates. -Partner with relevant Technology Service/Solutions Delivery teams to ensure that the product and platform strategy balances the sophisticated needs of Key Markets.
-Ensure on time, within budget, compliant, secure, and quality delivery of portfolio for responsible Business domain / functions. -Ensure services, solutions, platforms, products are fit for purpose and achieve thedesired business value and impact. -Run efficient DevOps for platforms, products, or systems ensuring availability andoptimal performance for responsible Domain / functions.
-Establish governance structure for projects, operations, etc. with right stakeholderrepresentation for responsible Domain / functions. -Track, report, and deliver against agreed success factors and KPIs for variousstakeholders for responsible Domain / functions. -Ensure implemented solutions are according to specifications and fit for purpose.

- IT Educational or equivalent 10 Years of IT Support/ Architecture/ Delivery experience.
- Salesforce or related CRMs solid experience in the technical and functional scope.
- Previous experience implementing Health Cloud or related systems.
- Patient Support Program applications technical and functional knowledge
- Able to build trust-based relationships among C-Business Levels and related domains strakeholders.
- Financial planning knowledge
- Leadership and customer relationship solid skills.
