We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as anGBS Finance Director What you'll do: Serve as operational lead for three business services, AP, AR, and GL. Supervise and maintain operational activities to ensure service level agreement adherence, per contractual requirements.

Understand and maintain contractual requirements to ensure operational initiatives comply as stated contractually. Monitor and enforce operational policies and procedures across delivery teams. Build metric reporting and/or modify existing metrics to ensure solid summary updates to markets.

Establish tracking tools to capture volumes across various processes. Serve as the primary liaison for the customer global business services (GBS) group and the customer market Finance Directors (FD's). Manage cross country operational responsibilities.

Function as liaison between Mexico and India. Guide and support direct reports in all operational activities, service level adherence, cross training initiatives to build back up plans and strong operational foundation, process improvements and employee mentorship. Serve as the primary location contact supporting new hires, customers, and employee concerns and/or infrastructure requirements.

Perform other duties assigned by the director to ensure operational success based on contractual requirements, project initiatives and cost management efforts. Preferred experience: Advanced English Knowledge with Finance AP, AR and GL Knowledge with SLA's Why Cognizant?
