Survey completion and reporting/analytics
Help in collect and assess benchmark data and compare to Kellanova's MRP and Kellanova´s benefits
Perform job leveling, and evaluations/assessment for new or revised jobs
Perform Total Comp analysis
Recommend compensation changes to the business (salaries, lump sums, etc)
Your Recipe for Success
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Finance or related field
2+ years of work experience in Compensation administration.
Customer focus &Team player
Good with numbers and excellent analytical skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (mainly excel)
Strong communication skills (spoken and written) in English and Spanish. (Portuguese desirable)
Basic to Intermediate knowledge of LA markets and compensations practices
Work experience in other Total Rewards specialties (Benefits, Recognition, Mobility)
