We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a GCP Engineer
What you’ll do :
- Demonstrated success in planning and controlling account related activities
- Interact and communicate effectively with mid and senior level management
- Strong track record of delivering high quality customer service within standardized guidelines.
- Execution support to various Developer Relations Accelerator programs
- Reviewing requirements of programs with the respective Program Managers
- Keep track of issues pertaining to programs handled
- Work with external agencies on event logistics
Preferred experience :
- 2+ of experience if technical support of Google Cloud or Cloud platform
- Knowledge and experience of all important Google and GCP Products
- Good understanding of GCP Tech support processes & tools
- Strong interpersonal, facilitation and conflict resolution skills
- Advanced level of English is a Must
